Mint Indian Bistro marks vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and Jain dishes with the same badges across dinner menus, dish pages, and catering. Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy or special dietary requirement. Products containing gluten, cashews, peanuts, onions, garlic, potatoes, dairy, meats, and seafood are prepared in our kitchens. Dietary tags (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, Jain) indicate recipe intent; we customize entrées and spice level when we can.
We do not use eggs in our vegetarian preparations. Paneer, dals, vegetable curries, dosa, and many buffet stations are prepared without meat.
Look for the Vegetarian badge on dinner, buffet, and dish pages.
Vegan preparations use dairy substitutes such as organic soy products or almond milk. We do not use ghee (clarified butter) or eggs.
Look for the Vegan badge. Confirm preparation with your server.
Gluten-free dishes use chickpea, buckwheat, rice, corn, or millet flour as substitutes. Naan and most breads contain gluten.
