Mint Indian Bistro is Las Vegas’ Indian hospitality company, established in 2008, with four locations in Las Vegas (Flamingo & Durango), Henderson, NV, and St. George, UT. Daily lunch buffet 11 AM–3 PM at select locations, 4,200+ Google reviews at Flamingo, full-service catering and private events, and nationally recognized on Opinionated About Dining’s 2025 Casual Dining list.
Mint began in 2008 with a simple conviction: Indian dining in Las Vegas should feel like hospitality, not a transaction. The Flamingo flagship became the place where families marked Diwali, weddings spilled into late dinners, and visitors from the Strip discovered food that matched the occasion.
Growth to Durango, Henderson, and St. George was never about becoming “everything for everyone.” It was about carrying one hospitality company — one voice, one NAP discipline, one standard of care — into more neighborhoods.
